Ulrich is Manager of an Institute for Prevention Management in the field of diabetes prevention and Project manager of the Saxon diabetes prevention program. While the previews 15 years he worked as Vice president and headmaster of a Vocational College for Dietitians.
His main expertise is the organisation and coordination of projects for developing training programs for patients and further education courses for Dietitans.
In the German Association of Dietitians he is in the extend board and speaker of the international committee.
