Anna Laura Fantuzzi

In the capacity of Professional Coordinator, Mrs. Fantuzzi is crucial in the roll of Dietitian for the New Civil Hospital of Modena and since 1991 she is the National Secretary of the Italian Association of Dietitians (ANDID).

Since 1993, Mrs. Fantuzzi has been the professor in charge in Dietetic of Kidney Diseases in the Nephrology and Dialysis Specialization’ s School and is also in charge of the Dietetic Bachelor’s Degree Courses of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

Mrs. Fantuzzi has authored many scientific publications; in 2001 she co-authored the book “Dieta ipoproteica e insufficienza renale cronica: manuale pratico per il dietista” and in 2002 she also co-authored “La dieta ipoproteica nell’insufficenza renale cronica”.
