The key objectives of the EU funded IMAGE project are to develop:

  • European practice-oriented guidelines for the prevention of type 2 diabetes
  • a European curriculum for the training of prevention managers
  • European standards for quality control
  • a European e-health training portal for prevention managers

 

EFAD as a corresponding partner is active member in the work package 4, “Guidelines” and in the work package 5 “Training Curriculum” in the subgroups “nutrition” and “education”.
